We went to the zoo during the first week of summer vacation. The kids were excited to see the baby giraffes and to see if the SkyFari was open (it wasn’t open yet!). We always have such a fun time when we go…they are always so well behaved…and that doesn’t happen everywhere!

The baby giraffes were so cute. We sat and watched them while we ate lunch.
They ride the carosel every time we go…a perk of having a Friends of the Zoo membership!

Audrey – yes the sun was right in her eyes!! I took 3 pictures and this was the best of the 3.
One of her favorite animals at the zoo are the snakes. Snakes and Elephants are on her “must see” list for every zoo trip!
